Dust off your projects and treat yourself to a weekend away from home. Craft, sleep, eat, enjoy long walks through the Banff townsite and just hang out with your friends. Work on your projects all day long in the large conference room that has lots of windows and a lounge area. See below for more details on the hotel.
As in recent years, you are responsible for your own meals and snacks. There are fridges for use and a microwave as well.
All the fun starts at 10:00 am on Friday, April 19. The retreat goes until Sunday, April 21 at 2pm.
Flat rate of $190 - $50.00 deposit, $140.00 due at the retreat, based on double occupancy in a 2-Queen standard room.
Thursday night hotel room: $55/person based on double occupancy

Payments: Balance must be according to the payment plan selected at time of registration. There will be a $40.00 charge for any returned cheques.
Cancellation Policy: My goal is to offer great cropping events at the lowest possible rates. To do this, I must book our crops to capacity and I count on the registered attendees to be there.
A $30.00 cancellation fee will apply up to April 4, 2024. After this date, half the fee of the retreat remains due and if paid will not be refunded. There will be no refunds for no-shows (including cancellations within 72 hours of event). I understand that unexpected situations arise; I will do my best to try to resolve any issues. If there is a wait list and I am able to place someone in your spot, I may waive the cancellation fee. If an unforeseen event should occur, out of my control, such as fire/flood/tornado/etc., that prevents the event from taking place I will reschedule the event.
Disclaimers: I understand that the scrapbook equipment including die cutting machines, dies, punches, eyelet setting equipment and other equipment at the event may cause injury if not used correctly and carefully. By signing the registration, I agree and hold harmless, Jolene Haddad, for any injuries sustained as a result from the use of the equipment. The retreat, its partners or employees will not be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. By registering for the event, you consent to the use of photos in which you may appear. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
